These permissions are requested ONLY when you actively connect your social media accounts to our app. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner.

Important: The permissions listed below are only requested when you try to connect your social media accounts to our app. If you are simply browsing our website or using our marketing agency services without connecting social accounts, these permissions do not apply to you.

3. How We Use Your Data (App Only)

We use the data we collect exclusively to provide you with our social media management services:

  • Display: Show your social media content, analytics, and messages in our dashboard
  • Scheduling: Store and publish your scheduled posts at the times you specify
  • Analytics: Calculate and display engagement metrics for your content
  • Communication: Enable you to respond to messages and comments from customers

We do NOT:

  • ❌ Sell your data to third parties
  • ❌ Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • ❌ Share your data with other users or external services
  • ❌ Post content without your explicit instruction

4. Data Storage and Security (App Only)

Where We Store Data:

  • All data is stored securely in encrypted databases (Supabase)
  • Access tokens are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption
  • Data is stored on servers with enterprise-grade security measures

How Long We Keep Data:

  • Access Tokens: Stored securely until you disconnect your account
  • Scheduled Posts: Deleted after successful publication
  • Messages: Cached temporarily for display (not permanently stored)
  • Analytics Data: Retained for historical reporting purposes

Security Measures:

  • All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Access tokens are encrypted at rest
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Role-based access control for data protection

5. Your Rights and Control (App Only)

You have complete control over your data:

  • Access: View all data we store about your social media accounts through the dashboard
  • Disconnect: Remove any connected account at any time from Settings
  • Delete: Request complete deletion of your data by contacting support Data Deletion Instructions
  • Export: Request a copy of your data at any time

6. Third-Party Services (App Only)

We integrate with the following services to provide our app functionality:

  • Facebook/Meta: For accessing Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
  • Supabase: Secure database and authentication services
  • Vercel/Render: Application hosting infrastructure

These services have their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

7. Data Deletion (App Only)

When you disconnect a social media account or delete your user account from the app:

  • All access tokens are immediately deleted
  • Scheduled posts are cancelled and deleted
  • Cached data is purged within 24 hours
  • Analytics data can be retained for up to 30 days for backup purposes
